Terms & Conditions (English)

1. Introduction
Welcome to Amar Krishi (Pvt.) Ltd. By registering and using our platform (website, app, or related services), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).

2. Eligibility
– Users must be 18 years or older.
– Users must provide accurate KYC information.
– Amar Krishi reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts.

3. User Roles
– Farmers – Can list produce for sale.
– Buyers/Traders – Can purchase listed commodities.
– Sellers – Authorized suppliers of agri inputs/products.
– QC Agents – Responsible for quality checking.
– Admin – Controls approvals, disputes, and compliance.

4. Platform Usage
– Users must ensure all information is correct and genuine.
– Amar Krishi acts as a digital facilitator and does not guarantee product quality unless verified by QC agents.
– Misuse, fraud, or manipulation may result in account suspension.

5. Orders & Transactions
– Orders must be initiated through Amar Krishi.
– Orders are binding once both parties confirm.
– Sellers must deliver as per quality, quantity, and timeline.
– Buyers must accept/reject within the defined window.

6. Payments & Escrow
– Payments are processed via Amar Krishi Wallet & Escrow.
– Buyer’s payment is held in Escrow until delivery is confirmed.
– Accepted goods: payment released to Seller.
– Rejected goods: Escrow refunded to Buyer.
– Amar Krishi charges a service fee.

7. Disputes & Refunds
– Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
– QC reports are considered in dispute resolution.
– Amar Krishi’s decision is final.

8. Prohibited Activities
– Illegal or banned products.
– Fake accounts or fraud.
– Price manipulation.
– Violation of Bangladesh regulations.

9. Liability & Disclaimer
– Amar Krishi is not liable for losses caused by negligence, fraud, or delivery delays.
– Platform provides digital facilitation only.

10. Data & Privacy
– Amar Krishi collects user data for service purposes only.
– Data is not sold to third parties.

11. Amendments
– Amar Krishi may update T&C anytime. Users will be notified.

12. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the Laws of Bangladesh under the courts of Dhaka.
